Early Beginnings
For Cass, a love of music and performing began at an early age. Growing up in a small town in Massachusetts, she discovered the thrill of entertaining through childhood performances on a makeshift stage in her family's basement. She began studying piano at age five, followed by voice, and immersed herself in choir, a cappella, and musical theater. Her early songwriting journey began at the piano, where she discovered the power of translating emotion into music. She went on to earn degrees in Music Production & Recording Arts and Music, later pursuing an M.F.A. in Filmmaking to further develop the visual dimension of her artistry.
